We are looking for an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly team.

This is a full or part time role, 20 -40 hours per week, with occasional Saturdays and Bank Holidays. We are closed on Sundays and there is no out of hours requirement, providing a great work/life balance. Our open hours are 9am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm on Saturdays.

You will be working closely with the clinical team of 3 Vets and 3 RVNS, to deliver the best levels of patient and customer care. 

Our ideal candidate will be a passionate nurse who shares enthusiasm for clinics, surgical nursing and inpatient care. Liking people is as important as liking animals for us and you should have a genuine care for animal welfare. We’re looking for someone who is naturally empathetic, is happy to meet and great clients, being sensitive to their needs, and builds rapport easily. You would need to be a proactive RVN with well-rounded skills to include (but not limited to), patient care, triaging and emergency care, anaesthesia and consultations.

We are conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from Burton town centre and bus station and only a 15 minute walk from the train station.

Our established practice is purpose built with state of the art equipment including digital X-ray, ultrasound, dental machine, theatre, isolation kennels and in house laboratory. We see a varied caseload and have a high number of insured clients.
