Our surgery in Runcorn are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly and experienced clinical team on a full time permanent basis.

Our surgery is bright and spacious and purpose built to industry standards which includes state of the art equipment such as digital X-Ray and in-house laboratory facilities.

We are offering 40 hours per week including Saturday mornings on a rota basis, however we are open to part time hours.

Some of your key responsibilities will include working closely with the clinical and non-clinical teams, delivering the best levels of care to patients and customers, managing bookings professionally using RX Works, greeting clients and their pets for appointments whilst being sensitive to their needs, promoting a professional image and complying with policies and procedures.

We are interested in your ideas and can ensure plenty of client contact during nurse clinics. You will have a good experience of veterinary nursing, excellent customer service and communication skills, be an effective team player, have a systematic approach when making decisions and be able to carry out the role effectively with planning and organisation. You are friendly, down-to-earth, have a genuine interest in animal welfare and enjoy the variety provided by the clients and colleagues alike.
